Many of you have asked me about my trip to London, and I know you’re wanting the scoop on what I did while I was there. Today is your lucky day! I went to West Norwood Cemetery. I know you’re thinking, “Bryan, you went all the way to England just to go to a cemetery? Doesn’t that sound kind of morbid?” Let me tell this cemetery was unlike any cemetery I’ve visited. Just for the record, I don’t hang out at graveyards, and most of the time, I only visit them when I preach a funeral. In this case, I traveled five miles from the Metropolitan Tabernacle to see the place where CH Spurgeon’s body was laid to rest. While I stood there, I was reminded with this sobering reality, “Every life that has a beginning also has an ending. How do I want to be remembered?” Most people will be long forgotten after one generation, but Spurgeon’s legacy lives on. How do you wish to be remembered? Did you know that your life will louder in your death than when you’re alive? Of course, the preacher of the Victorian age was influenced by the greatest preacher, Jesus Christ.

I cycled across America in 30 days and wrote a book about it! Check it out: https://www.amazon.com/Coast-Spiritual-Lessons-Bicycle-Seat/dp/1683147766
