Have you ever heard about someone who allegedly died and saw heaven? We’ve heard all of these stories before, but I have major reservations about believing what they saw is accurate. You see, Scripture is our final authority, not somebody’s personal experience. Paul, probably the greatest Christian of all time, speaks about when he saw heaven he wasn’t able to speak about the things he saw. In Revelation 4:1-11, John is summoned to heaven and describes what he saw. The focus of this chapter and the theme of heaven will be worshipping Almighty God. On this Easter weekend let’s remember this truth: God is worthy of our adoration because He is the Maker of all creation!
